Barry Russel is the Onsite Project Manager for The Roy Jackson Team. 

He oversees all site related transactions, including but not limited to  the sale and distribution of equipment, the cleaning up of land and  buildings, and is a jack of all trades for anything field related. 

As a retired THSBCA Hall of Fame 2023 high school baseball coach and  teacher, Barry has the formal skills to manage his field team and  motivate them to get the tough things done. His ability to adapt to the unexpected and ever-changing climate of the industry makes Barry a  major asset to TRJT. 

With a master’s degree in education and PE/Guidance Counselling,  English, from Hart Simmons University Abalene and the founder of the  Greater West Texas Baseball Coaches Association, Barry is a well respected and known member of the Midland, Texas community.  

In his spare time, Barry enjoys travelling and being with his family and  friends by a lake or an ocean. 

He resides in Midland, Texas with his wife and best friend, Jill and they  have three adult children, nine grandchildren, Tilly the Weimaraner,  fifteen turtles and three Koi Fish.
