Sarina Phillips is an operations manager with The Roy Jackson Team.

She oversees the day-to-day administrative operations for the entire business, as well as acts as the right hand to the founder, Roy Jackson. Her ability to adapt to the ever-changing environment that goes along with the nature of the receivership and business consultancy business is her strong suit.

Sarina has her finger on the pulse with her take charge attitude to ensure a smooth operation in the face of chaos and those unexpected challenges. Her caring and loyal nature qualifies her to be the nucleolus of TRJT.

She has worked with hundreds of people in the Oil and Gas industry and is forever looking for ways to improve her craft to serve in all aspects of the industry.

In her spare time, she has a side hustle “Tribe and True”, doing formal styling and make up for brides and events, as well as special effect makeup. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, play cornhole, reading, writing, and learning new things. She is slowly working on completing her first novel.

With a degree in Business Administration in Management and a certified notary, she has both the formal and hands on training to manage a busy team and office.

Sarina resides in Andrews, Texas with her husband and best friend, Logan, their two adorable boys, Liam and Luke, along with their two dogs and two cats.
