Midland, TX – 7/10/2023 – Roy Jackson has been appointed receiver by the 80th Judicial District in Harris County to serve the court in a case involving Simmons Bank vs. Oro Companies, including Oro Acquisitions I, LLC, Oro Resources, LLC, Oro Leon, LLC, Oro Madison, LLC, Oro East Tx, LLC, and Oro Smithers Lake, LLC.
Roy Jackson is an experienced receiver appointed by courts and requested by lawyers and bankers to help with civil cases and disputes, primarily involving oil and gas interests. Mr. Jackson has over 40 years of experience in this field and has a proven track record of success.
